Snow showers will continue this evening, especially over the mountains from Boulder County southward and in areas just east of the mountains. Light accumulations are expected over the northern mountains and at lower elevations, with heavier snow from the foothills west of Boulder and Denver southward. Impacts will be limited by warm ground, but roads will become slushy this evening above 8000 feet, especially on the mountain passes around Summit County.
